Let us help you feel good in your own skin again with a unique before & after experience.
On Thursday April 1 and Friday April 2, 2021, we’ll pamper 8 people with an unforgettable makeover. Women and men, young and old, size 36 or 44… everyone is welcome: the more diversity, the better.
What can you expect from this special before & after day?
Our stylist Sarah will dress you in a fantastic outfit, while our make-up artist An will give you a professional look that makes you shine. Finally, photographer Tjorven will capture everything on camera, creating a beautiful report of your transformation. Curious what it looks like? And how does such a day feel? We asked Ruth (right in the picture above), who took part in our 2019 edition:
“The photoshoot took place right in the middle of my chemo treatment. No more hair, my body clearly tired, dry skin… You don’t feel your best at that moment, you’re hoping for recovery but don’t yet know if it will work for you. Experiencing such a pampering day gave me a huge boost! A few hours just for myself, quality time with my best friend supporting me, natural make-up, trying on different outfits… and above all, going home with a very happy, relaxed feeling, forgetting all the misery for a day! Even my two young children and my partner were amazed by my makeover! We still talk about it often. Just do it – you deserve it!!”
Who can participate? We’re looking for 8 people who:
- are currently being treated for cancer or have just finished their treatment
- can come to Ghent (Belgium) on Thursday April 1 and/or Friday April 2.
- are open to placing their trust in a professional team of stylist, make-up artist and photographer
- enjoy being photographed and are fine with us sharing the photos on our website, social media and in a brand-new magazine.
