Refund policy

Not completely happy with your purchase? We’re sorry to hear that! Of course, you can return all or part of your order. Here’s how it works step by step:

 Step 1: still in perfect condition?

  • We only accept items in their original packaging, with all labels still attached, and clearly unworn: no traces of make-up, perfume, or smoke, not washed, and without damage or defects. Please also make sure no loose hairs remain after trying them on.
  • For hygiene reasons, we have to be very strict. Items that don’t meet these return conditions cannot be refunded.
  • Exception: beauty and care products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. 

Step 2: register your return within 14 days via your customer account on our website

  • Click on the account icon (top right) on our website to log in (if you are browsing on your phone, you will find the “Account” button at the bottom right).
  • Enter your email address and then the 6-digit code sent to your email.
  • Go to “My orders” to see an overview of your past orders.
  • Click on the order containing the item you wish to return.
  • Click the “Request a return” button.
  • Select the product(s) you want to return and provide a reason.
  • Click “Submit request”.
  • Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with further instructions.
  • Important: the return button only appears if your order is still recent and if the items meet the return conditions (e.g. beauty products cannot be returned).

Step 3: Send it back

Return your order, at your own expense and in perfect condition, to:

Step 4: Refund

Within 14 working days after receiving the goods, we’ll refund the purchase amount via the payment method you used for your order. The shipping costs of your original order are not refunded.
