Returns & exchanges
Not completely happy with your purchase? We’re sorry to hear that! Of course, you can return all or part of your order. Here’s how it works step by step:
Step 1: still in perfect condition?
- We only accept items in their original packaging, with all labels still attached, and clearly unworn: no traces of make-up, perfume, or smoke, not washed, and without damage or defects. Please also make sure no loose hairs remain after trying them on.
- For hygiene reasons, we have to be very strict. Items that don’t meet these return conditions cannot be refunded.
- Exception: beauty and care products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Step 2: Register your return
Please notify us of your return within 14 calendar days after delivery by sending an email to service@rosettelavedette.com. You don’t need to provide a reason.
Step 3: Send it back
Return your order, at your own expense and in perfect condition, to:

Step 4: Refund
Within 14 working days after receiving the goods, we’ll refund the purchase amount via the payment method you used for your order. The shipping costs of your original order are not refunded.
