Over the past few days we’ve been asked so often whether our webshop is closing that I decided to dedicate today’s blogpost to it. The answer is: NOT YET!
We’re still shipping your scarves and hats
As long as our warehouse team can continue working safely, we’ll keep packing and sending out orders. Rest assured: every morning we review the situation, adjust measures, and create action plans with everyone’s health as the top priority. Safety first!
Possible small delays during lockdown
The postal service and couriers we work with are still operating. But with online sales booming worldwide, we want to let you know that delays are possible. Not weeks, but perhaps 1 or 2 days, occasionally 3.
So please don’t call our customer service right away if your parcel isn’t there exactly on time — give it a day or two. We’re also practicing patience, and everyone is doing their very best.
Because cancer and alopecia don’t wait for corona to pass...
Am I begging you to quickly place an order just because entrepreneurs are facing tough times? Of course not. At Rosette la Vedette, money NEVER comes first. But here’s the reality: cancer and alopecia don’t wait for the crisis to end. Anyone losing their hair now needs a solution right now.
That’s why we’ll keep pampering body and mind with softness and color, for as long as we safely can. Our webshop is well stocked, and we have plenty of scarves and hats ready to help you.
How long can we keep this up?
For how long we can continue? Honestly, we don’t know. Should you order that featherlight summer scarf now? Maybe yes, maybe no — no one can predict what lies ahead. But don’t wait too long. These are unpredictable times...
