Some encounters are simply meant to be. That’s exactly how we felt back in March, when Tonia (56) and Zohra (25) first stepped in front of our camera. Two women, two stories, thirty years apart – and yet an instant connection you just can’t script.

A shared struggle, a shared strength

When we first met them, they were at different points in their journeys. Tonia was still undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer, while Zohra had just completed her treatments for lymphoma. Different experiences, but with the same undertone: resilience, courage, and the search for beauty and confidence, even in tough times.

From client to model and muse

That first photoshoot gave us so much more than just beautiful pictures. A warm bond was formed, one that touched us deeply. So when it came time to plan our new fall-winter collection, we knew right away: this duo had to come back in front of the lens.

And the sweetest part? Before we could even ask, they were already asking about each other. Tonia wanted to know if Zohra would join – and Zohra asked right away about Tonia. It felt simply meant to be.

Chemistry you can’t fake

During the shoot, it became clear again: their energy bursts out of every frame. Their looks, their laughter, their comfort together… That’s not staged, that’s real. And that’s exactly what makes these images so special. This is more than fashion – it’s about stories that connect people.

Behind the scenes

Of course, there were also jokes, little in-between moments, and those spontaneous glances of recognition that gave us goosebumps. Those behind-the-scenes glimpses prove that beauty goes far beyond what you see in a photo.
