Use: unfold the socks, smooth them to disperse the serum nicely and untie them. Wash and dry your feet, tuck them into the socks and close them up using the adhesive strip. Allow the serum to work its magic for about thirty minutes and gently massage the remaining bits into your skin. Do not rinse.
