Wendy’s tip: Have a very small head and find your styles a little too loose? Pop them in the tumble dryer briefly after washing to shrink them slightly.
Absolutely. Here’s how to keep your new headwear looking its best:
- Wash: max. 30°C on a gentle spin cycle
- Detergent: regular detergent, no wool detergent or fabric softener
- Protect: preferably use a laundry bag
- Dry: lay flat to air-dry; avoid the tumble dryer
- Iron: usually unnecessary, but possible at a low temperature
Need to wash it at 60°C for medical reasons? You can, although the fabric will wear more quickly.
